This is an RP blog for Earth 1 Bruce Wayne....sorta...

Welcome to a Bruce Wayne Character blog. This blog is for the purpose of in-character play. Unless noted otherwise, posts are made from Bruce's POV and any comments made in other characters LJs will also be IC or a point will be made if the mun is speaking.

This Bruce is based on current canon.....sorta. Things go AU at the end of RIP. Hurt was cautious and used drugs to make sure Bruce remained pliant in the coffin. But it did more then that. It put him into a coma. Dick and Tim come on the scene and chase off Hurt before finding and digging up Bruce.

For three months, Bruce remained in the coma under the care of Doc Midnight. When he woke out of it, he not only had no memory, his mind was in an infantile state. For the last 10 months, a host of specialists in the hero community have been working to help Bruce re-educate himself and get his memory back. It was a slow process and had limited success. He's back to his normal mental capabilities, but his memory is missing from the time Hurt showed up in Gotham till the last for months of Bruce's recovery.

Given a (relatively) clean bill of health, Bruce is back home and determined to resume his role as Gotham's protector. But he's not quite the same person......
